The project will be executed at two levels: at the level of a scientific conference, which will deal with the general theoretical questions of the causes and effects of the changes that are taking place in international relations and in international economic relations, as well as with questions of the increasing significance of the segment of economic diplomacy, which has within it the capacity to be a significant factor in the economic development of individual V4 countries and a factor of the international cohesion of the V4 region, and thereby also of its economic growth and the growth of its competitiveness.

The second level of the conference meeting will be a discussion forum, which will  give  space particularly

to members of the decision-making sphere (representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Industry and Trade, Agriculture, Environment, etc.), the business sphere and professional unions (Confederation of Industry, Chamber of Commerce, Exporters’ Association, etc.), as well as to students to discuss already at the application level the possibilities and conditions for resolving the indicated problems that prevent the full development of the pro-growth potential of economic diplomacy in conditions of economic practice. Special attention will be paid to discussion of the possible use of the results of comparative analyses of models of the management of economic diplomacy in individual V4 countries, which will be presented in the discussion forum.
